Our Fees and Charges
Transcend is a private practice whereby fees for service are required on the day.
Fees and services are not covered by private health insurance or medicare.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, visa or mastercard.
Cancellation fees are incurred if 24 hours notice is not given. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee and any missed appointments will incur a full fee.
Telephone or Webcam counselling can be arranged for existing clients who are unable to attend.
(It must be paid prior to the session)
After hours appointments are available by negotiation.
In certain circumstances home visits can be organised for existing clients only.
Initial consultations are 1.5 hours duration. Follow up consultations are 1 hour. It is necessary for the initial consult to be longer so that detailed information can be gathered to obtain a complete understanding of your situation and needs.
Either short term or long term counselling is available, the duration of which will depend upon the person and their issues.
